Accounts and membership

Provide your own accurate name and email address, keep your password private, and use only an account you are authorized to access. Contact support@env8.com if you suspect someone else is using your account.

Requesting membership does not activate a membership or guarantee access. A host approves your membership and assigns your plan. The plan determines your desk-day allowance, guest passes, and advance booking window. Membership payment arrangements are confirmed with the host.

A paid day pass provides the desk visit shown at checkout and visitor access to your passes. It does not include member community discussions, the member directory, or member events.

Bookings and access

Reservations open on December 1, 2026, Pacific time. Until then, advance reservations are also unavailable. Once booking opens, the booking window and availability shown in the app apply.

Desk visits are Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm Pacific. A day pass covers one person on the selected date only, until 6pm. Meeting rooms require a separate reservation for the displayed time and capacity. Follow the arrival and access arrangements provided by your host; an account alone does not provide access to the space.

Check that your reservation is confirmed before planning your visit. A waitlist entry, recurring schedule, or unfinished checkout does not guarantee a desk. Eligible waitlisted requests may be confirmed automatically, and recurring schedules request dates as your booking window advances. Cancel requests you no longer need.

Include desk guests in your reservation and stay within your plan's guest allowance and the space's capacity. Meeting-room visitors count toward room capacity; their room visit does not include a coworking desk.

Payments

Review the selected date and total price before paying. Day passes are one-time purchases in US dollars, processed through Stripe. A pass is confirmed when payment is verified. A temporary checkout hold expires if payment is not completed.

Checkouts marked as tests do not make real charges and do not provide valid day passes. Contact support if you see an unexpected charge or a payment without a confirmed pass.

Cancellations and refunds

For membership reservations, follow the cancellation deadline displayed in the app. Contact a host if that deadline has passed. Each date in a fixed repeat series is managed separately. Turning off an ongoing schedule cancels eligible future dates; bookings within the cancellation cutoff may remain.

For changes, cancellation, or refund requests involving a paid day pass, contact support@env8.com. Refunds are handled by the host through Stripe; a message requesting cancellation does not itself cancel or refund the pass. A full refund cancels the pass. A partial refund leaves the booking active unless the host arranges otherwise.

Sharing the space

Follow the community guidelines, respect other people's work and privacy, and leave desks and rooms ready for the next person. Use the service and workspace lawfully, follow safety instructions, and help your guests understand the rules.

Hosts may respond to concerns as described in the guidelines, including removing content, asking someone to leave, or reviewing membership access. You can ask the owner or another host to review a decision.

A guided tour is an accompanied visit of up to one hour and ends at its scheduled departure time. It does not include desk use or membership access.

Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Review the policies linked at signup or checkout before agreeing to them. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
